I have gotten the worst customer service from GLS in my entire life time. The driver would not deliver as we have a security gate. I contacted Customer Service after first non delivery and gave them the gate code. A second delivery attempt was made after I gave my gate code, the driver again did not try to contact me via intercom or use the gate code. I chatted with Customer Service after second non delivery and included my phone number so driver could call me. The driver tried the next day after all my contacts with Customer Service and still would not deliver my package because of gate. I live in a 180 home development and have received literally thousands of items over twenty years from dozens of carriers without a problem. GLS returned my package without informing me. I did not receive any notice that they were delivering my package which required a signature and made me stay at home 3 consecutive days. And still did not deliver. I would give 0 if possible.
