Really horrible service. Having a poorly designed phone is one thing (fingerprint sensor fails after one month, outside of the scanty 2-week return period), but support is another disgusting scam. Numerous emails, tasks given to the customer to do, shady and unprofessional remote session (with misspelled words and incoherent responses), and then at the end of the day, not even an offer for a partial refund. They have the audacity to offer me to pay for my own repair. WHAT IN THE...?! Stay away. I thought I'd give a Chinese company a chance, and they ruined it for them and all Chinese companies in the future.
