First time purchase was a grat experience. I was able to determine the correct fit for me, finally. I actually had to order a small size. I found this by using the guide that converted measurement to inches.

I am Very happy with receiving orders within 2 weeks.

Item received. Places another order...10-20 days for delivery. I need it for a wedding so hopefully it will arrive with 30 days. I do understand that pandemic has caused shipping delays.

TV advertises 3 payment plan. When ordering I couldn't find how to request this so I called them (before submitting order). I was told to submit order & call in 6 hours & they could fix. When I called 6 hours later, I was told product had already shipped - without 3 payment plan. Money was already out of my account.

Purchased 7/30 for $29.99 activation fee with NO MONTHLY charge. They shipped item to me on 8/15 - on 8/16 my computer went into shop to be fixed. It was still in shop on 9/2 when company took another 39.99 out of my bank account. I returned FreedomPop on 9/5 per their instructions (with RMA). Note: I never used it. On 11/1/2014 I still have not received my full refund.
