Several weeks later, despite sending numerous messages & photographs of the faulty & wrong size tops, nothing has been done. I've received identical requests & replies off several people. They don't supply return labels, & it's very expensive to return them to China! From what l received, Rotita's items don't necessarily match their published photographs, it would appear that they rely on people giving up! Think twice before purchasing anything from Rotita.
