They're a terrible company still doing shady business with ridiculous policies and NO customer service. File complaints and leave reviews. Out over $100 for "email disruption" for asking where my stuff was. They send automated emails telling you to look at the product page for updates, yet they removed the product I ordered and refused to answer how to get information. They will take all or part of your money with no hesitation. Companies should not be allowed to create the types of policies that they have.A human responded to me when I acted as a "new customer" to get information but as soon as they realized I was trying to find out how to review a product page that no longer existed they cancelled the order and took over $40 they claim as a preorder deposit when really it's a disruption fee that allows them to keep part of your money and never be out anything on there end.
As listed within your terms and conditions at the time of purchase - creating disruptions within our email (emailing via multiple accounts and also contacting anonymously to attempt and receive "different" information) may cause your purchase to be cancelled minus the non-refundable deposit as listed within the product description prior to purchase, terms of service prior to purchase and within your purchase receipt.
