I was very disappointed that the owner has changed the policy after I made a purchase! When I purchased my gift certificate and class card it was during the time when they would rollover unused classes when I started another package. I was expecting to use up my leftover classes when I started my new package. The owner told me she changed the policy recently and I would not be able to use my unused classes. So I'm out 4 classes! After I finish my classes, I'll be going to Portsmouth from now on, along with many other clients and teachers. Studio is nice, but most teachers are average. All the good teachers and many clients have gone to other studios.
I bought a "high neck" bathing suit online. I received a VERY low neck bathing suit that shows half my boobs! When I tried to go about returning the item, I went on their website to look up my order and it says I have NO ORDERS! But I received the item and there is a charge on my credit card for it! This website is a SCAM! I called my CC company and disputed the charge. They credited me back and will do an investigation.
This website is set up terribly and extremely difficult to move around and order prints. Snapfish is MUCH easier and cheaper... not using Shutterfly anymore!
After canceling, this place did not cancel my membership and charged me for two years! I called my credit card company to dispute the charges of $120 and we'll see what happens. They don't offer enough goods to charge this kind of membership fee. I can pay less at Costco and get better prices and WAY more items available.
