Got a &4200 ring for Xmas with $500 gift card. Too small. Saks said buy second ring correct size. Pay for 2 and we will issue new gift card. Took 5 calls to get credit first ring and they voided gift card. Told false info every time I called. Final call they aren't honouring the gift. Terrible Customer Service. Will never shop there again and will be telling all my well heeled Girlfriends about my nightmare. Spoiled the Gift
