I ordered a winter jacket from them. I did a lot of research on the best winter jacket because I needed a good one when I walk my high energy dog in Canadian winter. I spent days and found the one. Altitude Sports had only one left in my size and colour I liked, so I ordered it before someone else would take it. I just received the package, which was relatively quicker than I expected and it was the right timing that it started snowing. But they sent me the wrong jacket. It's not even the same brand, not the same colour, not the same size, and it was way cheaper than the one I ordered. I checked the website and of course they don't have the jacket I wanted anymore. The only available one is xxs in a different colour. I was already furious by the fact that I couldn't get the jacket I wanted, no chances to exchange because it's gone. And the customer service rep who chatted online didn't know how to speak to a customer. I was a customer service in years, I know how they should talk to customers especially when it was their fault. Now I have to print out the return label and pack the wrong item and drive to Canada Post to send it back to get my money back. They didn't lose anything and talked to me like I did something wrong on the chat. Why would I have to do all this for nothing, for THEIR MISTAKE, and I'm not gonna get anything. If I could, I wanted to give zero star or minus 100 starts. Don't buy anything from them. They don't even apologize.
