I've ordered from Panash twice now. Each time, the desired item had an expected ship date that I reviewed before placing the order. Each time, the order did not ship WELL PAST the posted ship date and there was zero communication about when the item would ship nor was the tracking on the website updated. If you are hoping to receive something in a timely manner, this site is not for you. Chances are that you will have to contact Customer Service to get your order shipped.
Panash has a wide selection of well priced and lovely clothing. However, the shipped items do not often look like the photos.
