I have been working as a tutor with Studypool for almost 2 years now. I am really sad to say that this company has no respect at all for tutors; when a student leaves an unfair rating, they side with the student and do not even read the tutor's explanation or take it into consideration.

Tip for consumers:
When posting an assignment, be sure to include all the details so that tutors can tell if they can help. Do not post vague posts such as "I need help with accounting", post the full problem from the very beginning. If you need to post a financial statement, post it as an attachments so that the format is preserved. This way, you will get help faster. Also, please allow enough time before your deadline (I believe 2 days is enough time)
