Be very careful when viewing items offered for sale by this seemingly great bargain company. Often, if not every time, the ad indicates either a great product or a really low cost. Be very careful to review everything in the ad, including the description. Very often, the cost is jacked up when you go to purchase the item, and very often the item that you think your buying, isn't the same as it was advertised. BE VERY CAREFUL!

Today it was a scarf that had a price of $0.85 and shipping of $0.10. Funny thing, when I went to purchase the item, it was suddenly $4.85 and with shipping came to over $7.00. How's that for a bargain?

If you contact customer services with your complaint, they just say, it is up to the seller and prices vary. BS

They are doing this on purpose to lure buyers in to a false sense of the 'bargain'. Things aren't always as the ad pictures or represents them to be.

I would have rated this site with ZERO STARS, but that wasn't an option.

Be very careful when selecting and making a purchase based on the pricing and picture shown on their website. Most often, the item, quantity and/or the price change when you go to purchase. The price shown in the picture will increase substantially depending on your selection inside the options. This, of course, is not; indicated when you open the picture, thinking your getting a great deal. Misleading ads. Quality of the product? That is open for debate.

This company has the best customer service and warranty I have found. I am not so sure about the manufacturer quality. I have had two replaced under warranty and now I have a break-down issue with the last one. Apparently, the + terminal has come loose from the battery. The service shop things it has broken loose inside the battery and that is the reason it won't start my Harley. I have to purchase another battery because this one is just out of warranty at 21 months.
