I ordered boots that were in stock, didn't receive them for after almost two weeks. They blamed it on a warehouse move.
Then a month passed. They then said the boots might not even be in stock anymore since the holiday sales began - ridiculous since I ordered ahead of time to avoid this. They said they would look for the shoes - then just cancelled my order.
I am STILL awaiting my refund. I had to follow up with them because it still hasn't come and they blamed it on a "system error". Genuinely how many of those can there be? They said I'd receive it by the end of the day and - spoiler alert - I still don't have it. Avoid ordering from them at all costs - go in person or buy secondhand if you have to.
