I booked to ship a box from the midwest USA to the Philippines using their website.
Upon completion of the booking and payment info, they charged my card and their website went to an error page without giving me any information about the booking I just place. Their customer service wanted a booking number that I assured them repeatedly I never received.
I even tried a second time, silly me. My bank even allowed them to steal a total of $260.
