I ordered a new necklace ($500+) and added expedited creation and shipping to the initial order. It's been 3 days after the order was to arrive and the status still shows "jewelry creation"? There's no recourse. No customer service line or contact info. Nothing but a text box to send in a complaint. YET, I've received multiple emails asking me to buy new items? I haven't received the FIRST one? If I do finally get this or hopefully my money back, I would never deal with this company again
