When returning an item & on your credit card statement doesn"t show Christopher Banks has ShopHQ. Hummm... plus Christopher & Banks does not indicate there is a charge returning an item.
I will NEVER shop here again!

Indicating Christopher & Banks uses shophq not Christopher & Banks on return charges.
