I bought a water softener 24 days ago and the money was IMMEDIATELY debited from my account. It is STILL out of stock 24 days later with no idea when it will be available. There is no obvious way to get a refund as there is no customer service, the chat bot does not respond and no telephone number to call. SHODDY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. I do not recommend Victoria Plum and will never buy from them again.
Tip for consumers:
Victoria Plum has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The chat bot does not respond (I waited up to an hour on 3 occasions and was cut off) and there is no way to contact a person for help. The company takes payment when an item is unavailable and out of stock for the foreseeable future.
