Tip for consumers:
Victoria Plum has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The chat bot does not respond (I waited up to an hour on 3 occasions and was cut off) and there is no way to contact a person for help. The company takes payment when an item is unavailable and out of stock for the foreseeable future.

Would rate it 0 if I could wrong parts delivered over 2 weeks ago, water turned off at the mains with 2 kids because of vp negligence. Several complaints made, no contact unless I contact them. Promises of parts coming, never arrives. Waited in over 8 days in total. Cant speak to anyone or speak to a manager only agents online available who keep promising but can't deliver. Had a shower 3 months I can't turn off

Can't phone them so when it goes wrong which it will have to deal with stupid robot

Received a toilet with a missing part. I have tried to contact the company but they do not have a telephone number and you have to use a chat bot even during the day. Asks lots of stupid questions then someone emails me back. I reply but because I use a proxy email it bounces back and says email not received. So what do I do now? I have tried the chat four times leaving messages to ring or use a different email. Weeks have gone by. Frankly ridiculous. I don't think I will use this company again. There are plenty of competitors that will actually talk to you and have some concept of customer service.

Terrible from start to finish. Ordered entire bathroom including tiles. Tiles didn't arrive. After much chasing (all via chatbot as you can't speak to anyone), I was initially advised to keep waiting, then subsequently told they would arrive two months later and that if I wanted to cancel the order I would need to go via the chatbot again. Bath was delivered damaged but didn't discover until after 7 days (as had to tell bathroom fitters to stand down whilst I sourced new tiles). Asked VP for refund given it was damaged. After waiting 4 days for a response was told no refunds could be given outside the 7 day window. It is dishonest to list tiles as being in stock, providing a delivery date and taking my money, only to notify me they aren't actually in stock after I chased them (no attempt to proactively notify me). I also think their rigidity over the returns policy is outrageous given the circumstances - and frankly any circumstances. Most companies allow 28 days for returns. Would never use this company again. If I could give less than one star I would.

Tip for consumers:
Terrible service. All communication via chatbots which send you in a loop. Website hard to navigate if you want to report a damaged item or request a refund - also sends you in a loop. Not at all transparent about the fact that items they claim will be delivered by a certain date are not in fact, in stock. When I eventually lodged a complaint and got to a customer service representative they took multiple days to get back to me and gave no explanation for the issues encountered. Very poor.

Where do I start, bought a Bathrroom early December and was promised for Xmas, still hasn't arrived. Been given 3 dates for delivery and no show. Keep telling me there's a dispatch issue. Customer service is the worst ever, never reply to emails or calls, put you through to voicemail answer machines instead of managers. It's a $#*! show. Now asked for refund and cancellation due to having no toilet /bath or sink and need to purchase from someone else who can deliver next day.
Won't answer my emails, getting cut off calls!
Don't know what to do and they have my money and I have no bathroom. It a joke

Ordered three items first two were fine. The third a sink as you can see arrived cracked, fair enough another was quickly send this arrived with the corner broken off, the third was unbelievable broken clean in half.
Customer service is virtually non existent as can only speak via online chat.

No flexibility you can only refund or replace not always as straightforward as you might imagine.

In our case we have had marble worktops ordered with exact measurements taken for the sink so we are stuck with it.

Asked to speak to a manager and was refused. Customer service awful and will never use them again. As rude and unhelpful as they can be. Shocking.

Tip for consumers:
That there is no contact with customer service other than by chat which is not good enough.

Bought a designer radiator from Victoria Plum Given a delivery date 4 weeks later. 3 days before delivery they rearranged it for 6 months later. I said that was unacceptable and wanted my money back. It then took them almost 2 weeks to return my money making it a total of 6 weeks they had my money for. No appology. Avoid this company

Honestly if I could give this company 0 star I would.
Purchased a sink last year, arrived completely smashed, was just placed in a box with no protection. They sent a replacement sink which I thought was fine, stupidly I only opened the box to check the replacement wasn't smashed too, it wasn't so thought all was well. Has workmen in this month to install it, upon opening the box fully we then discovered huge crack in sink. Victoria plum refuse to replace and implied we could have damaged it even though you can see its not even installed! AVOID AVOID AVOID. You just need to look at twitter and see this is common. Absolute fraudsters.

The experience we have recently received from Victoria Plum has been disgraceful.

50% of our bathroom components delivered were broken (Sink surround, Toilet surround, Bathroom panel moreover they must have been boxed this up knowing they were broken from the Warehouse)

Customer service was shocking – Live chat offered only, no option to speak to a human being which resulted in my wife spending an hour and a half to resolve these issues – Trying to save money on customer service resources is more costly to them and more importantly, more costly to us and wastes our time.

Significant disruption has been caused not only to us but also the person fitting the bathroom, luckily, we have a downstairs toilet otherwise that would be an interesting situation!

The components that were broken are now not in stock and we would have had to wait until October for delivery so without a bathroom for another 4-6 weeks.

Unsure what these people think we would do in terms of washing and using the loo, clearly don't care, so we have had to buy replacement units ourselves costing several hundred pounds.

Lastly, I will be keeping an eye out for how long the refund will take to come through otherwise I will be reporting them to trading standards.

To summarise, poor quality, poor service, poor experience and would never use this lot again and suggest you never use them either!

Two taps and two plugs. One terribly rusted plug within months, we can't use the stopper as it kept getting stuck. 2 years in, both taps and plugs rusting and flaking their silver coating. Terrible waste of money. Also the little piece that goes inside the overflow hole, both snapped.

I have returned an item 45 days ago, and still I have not received any refunds. There is no way that they reply to your emails or you can call them. I had an online chat and they said we have issued the refund, but I never received it.

Company went into administration, taking money when they already knew. Trading again as new company - with same name - and using old company TrustPilot score 4.5/5.
Unethical, uncompassionate, lying - never use this company.

The online order has been placed on 27th June 2021 with the delivery date of 30th June 202. I have not received any communications from VictoriaPlum.com or the supplier regarding the delivery. After waiting for the delivery until 10th July 2021 I have contacted VictoriaPlum.com via online chat, to be told that there was an issue with the supplier who has failed the delivery. VictoriaPlum.com offered the full refund, which may take up to 14 days, or chase the supplier and update me on the order state via email within the next 5 days. The information provided on the VictoriaPlum.com website is misleading as it clearly states that "Your order will be delivered by a trusted partner who'll be in contact with you if there are any amendments to your chosen delivery date." I do understand that issues with the supplier may occur from time to time and I have allowed 10 days before I have contacted VictoriaPlum.com. I was believing that the companies like VictoriaPlum.com looking after their customers and would not let them down when something like this is happening, unfortunately not in my case.

Absolutely non existent customer service!

I've been waiting over 6 weeks now for a refund for a faulty product that had been discontinued. Every time I speak to customer services, false promises are made. Team leaders lie so they don't have to deal with you and just generally terrible service should you get any issues.

I would strongly advise going elsewhere and paying a little bit extra to a company who actually care about their customers as these clearly do not!

Their website is a loop, there is noway of actually sending correspondence it's total scam. Poorly run, poor aftercare. That's after they have taken hundreds of pounds. And yes, things go wrong. That's why it's good to be able to email or pick up the phone. But this will not be the case with VP. You cannot call them or contact them. Their business model is scam. I feel terrible for all the thousands of other customers that have experienced the same level of frustration and deception as I have with VP. Avoid and your life will be better. This is a dreadful company and I will not stop until something is done about this. Bathrooms are expensive to fix and make good, and this company doesn't even have the decency to answer a phone or email, because there is no way of contacting them. Deceitful and dishonest business practice.

Avoid like the plague. We purchased close to £2000 worth of bathroom parts and never received a £50 tap. My partner took delivery and they brought the kit in and asked that we later check if there any issues and get back to them within 5 days. They did not check the items delivered individually and tick them off as I have found other suppliers do, nor they they ask us to sign confirming receipt. We later found that the tap wasn't there and contacted support who said they had a photo of the tap in the van (they may as well have had one in the warehouse for all that's worth) and the tap never came back to the depot so they consider the matter closed. This is despite their terms online stating they will replace missing parts if reported within 7 days and them stating to us in correspondence that they photograph the item in the van and again once delivered, even though they wouldn't provide a photo taken once delivered when we queried, which is because they didn't take one. Thankfully it was a cheaper item missing, but I'm staggered by how unhelpful support were and what poor policies they have. On principle, we are taking this up with the small claims court and I'm leaving this review to try and help anyone else being duped by these cowboys.

Un-freaking-believable. God awful service. Insanely incompetent customer support team that are basically useless. I write this while i am at my wits end with this extremely unprofessional company. I organize a delivery for Thursday and pay extra for it. They tell me they will send me an email on the day of delivery to inform me of my timeslot. Nothing arrives. I use their tracking link and inform myself that my delivery will arrive between 8:39 to 10:39 in the morning. I stay home all morning only to find out no delivery. They have no phone lines so you can try different combinations of words on their chat to finally get to a human being. After querying, our human being tells me there is a delay and it will arrive at 11:50. Meanwhile the tracking continues to state 8:39 to 10:39 while the actual time is already 11am. While i do understand its an estimate - what i do not accept is this estimate doesn't get updated. How can one plan one's day?! I wait till 2pm no delivery and i have to leave. Finally i get a msg saying delivery missed and i have to now pay 40 quid… thats right, 40! To reschedule. And i have to use the stupid chat again on Fri. So i ask for a reschedule for Monday. But they say no can do as they dont do deliveries on Monday. (Btw their website says otherwise but nvm no big deal i ask for a Tues delivery then) Now this time the human on the other side says someone will contact me to take payment. I wait the entire Friday, Saturday, Sunday - no email link no phone call no request for payment. I chat these people again on Monday and escalate this, and they claim someone will call by 5pm for my Tuesday delivery but if i don't get a call by then, i should chat them again. I ask if they have my number on file. You know, just in case I'm not being fair and they don't have it. They chat it back to me quoting my number correctly. So, i think ok lets wait they have the right number. Of course, i should have known they are completely unreliable based on various experiences. So no call and guess what? At 5pm when i chat them again i am informed that all humans are gone and i will have to try again tomorrow. Its now Tuesday. And i try again - they email me back saying they don't have my number asking for it (remember me checking yesterday?) so i reply with my number again. They respond that someone will call back. ITS NOW WEDNESDAY. Need i say more? Avoid like the plague if u don't want to lose a couple years off your lifespan from this company's unfair and dirty business practices. PS: everything was recorded so everything i have written here can be evidenced and proven. Go to other companies i used Wayfair and have had way smoother experience! Not worth even saving 100 quid to deal with this sort of unethical business!

I have never experienced a company this bad, it's on a whole different level. Victoriaplum should NOT be trading. They completely ignore legitimate refunds.

Placed an order on 27th Oct and 2 days later was told an item wasn't in stock (depsite website saying it was). Requested a refund and told it would be 14 days.

17 days later, having received no refund, contacted again (trade account line as I am a trade customer) and told it was never authorised so would be a further 5 days.

It is now 38 DAYS later! They have totally ignored all emails (numerous and to all their email addresses) and a 'Resolver' case. So my only choice is to take further action to get my money back.

I urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest, unreliable and their customer service is awful. The person I spoke to on the phone in the trade department could not have been more rude or disinterested.

It's also very strange how they have so many glowing reviews on Trustpilot, yet on EVERY other review platform they only get bad reviews. Seems a bit odd?
