I tried to cancel a reservation. It was after the policy deadline (two full days before the check-date, which I hadn't realized), but my reason for the last-minute cancellation (smoke related hazardous air in the region) was outside my control, and I wasn't aware of it until the day before check-in. I tried the phone menu many times, which finally put me into an endless loop in which it didn't accept my answer (last 4 digits of credit card number). It finally hung up on me. Whenever I managed to reach a human being, they were very nice and sympathetic, but all they could do was to transfer me to customer service, i. E. put me again into the endless loop. I wish I had visited this review page before making a reservation!
