“Top class service”

Blinds purchased in 2017, top class products, slight issue with one blind in 2022. I contacted blinds2go for advice & was amazed to be told that they were within the guarantee period for a further 3 weeks.
Blind replaced free of charge.
Customer service operative Simon Evans was efficient, polite & knowledgeable.
Top marks for service & employee attitude.
