I needed to return items that I accidentally ordered too much of and was told to go to UPS by a Temu rep.I get to UPS and Am told they cannot process my return.afyer driving 30 min to do that I now have to turn around to drive to the post office and Am told they can process my rerurn but to no avail...I call Temu and ask them to send me the correct labeland now they are telling me they can not send me a QR code that I need to fi d somewhere to print a label.I spent over 2 hours with different reps just to be told different stories and no facts. I finally ask for a manager and now all of a sudden there is no manager to be found.I ask for a complaint address abd the guy is not sure what the companies address is or what state itis in but he says it might be in Massachusetts.worst customer service ever and now I Am stuck with purchases that I will never be able to get reimbursed for or credited back to my account.never again!
