Account blocked out of nowhere, there were no transactions for at least 4 months at all. Now they are holding on to about $150,000 worth of coins (which can't be transferred out of uphold anyway). Anyhow, no warning, no further information on how to get back the money.

To say that my experience with Coinbase customer support was the most horrific experience I have ever dealt with is such an understatement that it's laughable.

I had 6.3 BTC sitting in Coinbase Pro, and when I tried to withdraw it, the system was rejecting my 2FA codes. I troubleshot the 2FA code issue for hours and determined that my 2FA was in sync. To this day, you cannot withdraw from Coinbase Pro. It's not possible because of a bug that their support team will not even acknowledge.

Their support department is incompetent. It's literally unsatisfying. I have never interacted with such humans in my life. Like, I did not know it was possible to be that unintelligent.

Most of the time I felt like I was talking to an automated bot AI. I mean I can't even come up with the words to describe what it's like trying to have a conversation with them.

I sent them detailed steps that I took with screenshots and prior chat logs. And the most intelligent response I would get was some copy pasted reply that had nothing to do with the withdraw issue.

If you are reading this, this is your sign to NEVER USE THIS PLATFORM. If you value control of your money, DO NOT USE COINBASE. I have been in crypto since 2013 and I can tell you with 100% certainty that this company at best is a fraud after that experience.

No legitimate company has a customer support department this bad. I have had unbelievably bad customer support experiences, one of the worst was with Spectrum.
