It is very difficult to get in touch with this company. I wish I had read the reviews first. I placed an order on November 26th for a Christmas gift for my niece and I still haven't received it (December 19). I paid for shipping. They promised 3-5 business days for delivery. Now they have added 10 business days to that as an additional delay. The delivery service they use, Apple Express, does not have a contact number or a chat. I have messaged Gymshark and I get an automated response that they get back to me in 1 week. This lack of service is absolutely unacceptable. I can only hope that I receive the correct item in w condition so I don't have to deal with this company ever again. I will never order from them again and I will not recommend this company to anyone.
