I have been using Minted for cards and invitations for nearly 10 years. My most recent experience ordering First Communion invitations for my daughter has damaged my trust and will likely cause me not to order from them again. I ordered my product 12 days ago and it is still in production. I paid extra for rush shipment to have it delivered, what should have been, one week ago. Seems the customer service team is having a hard time getting answers from production and they are telling me I'll have my order in 3 days, two full weeks after ordering RUSH delivery, putting me in a position of mailing invites in a delayed timeframe. I'm so disappointed and frustrated. Caution to anyone ordering rush delivery, they will be taking their time. (They have offered a full refund, but at this point that is not helpful to my situation at all.)
