I scoured the internet looking for a place to get a frame for a certificate. I stumbled across this company and decided to give them a try. The ordering was quick and I recieved my frame in a week. Their selection is MORE than adequate. I plan on purchasing all my future frames from this company. Oh and by the way, the packaging is phenominal!

This company never sent the clothing they promised. When I told them I wanted to cancel the order they said the clothing was in the "manufacture" stage. BS! That was over a month ago. I was lied to CONSTANTLY I escalated my case to Paypal and this customer has the gaul to say that I must close the Paypal case 1st before my money is refunded. THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS! Trust me, stay away from this company. They think by stalling and stalling you will get tired of the emails. Well lemme tell ya. I am like a dog with a bone and I am going to keep on gnawing until I get satisfaction.
I wrote an earlier review about how unsatisfied I was with the return policy with this company.
ORDER BIGGER sizes than what they state even in their size charts. They are Asian sizes and run MUCH smaller than American.
My dispute was handled professionally and to my satisfaction.
Absolutely HORRIBLE company. The sizes are way way off. You need to return the items to CHINA even though the package states it comes from Garden City New York by a company of the name of Jane.
They will offer you a refund LESS 15%. What a joke. They know you will not spend the additional money to have it sent to CHINA. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY. I can't stress this ENOUGH!

The $#*!Z... they NEVER return your emails and if you try to call them from the USA GOOD LUCK! Waited almost 2 months for a dive bag... not worth it. Cancelled the transaction via credit card company.
