I received an email saying that they would refund me. Unfortunately, I haven't received anything since then. I sent them several emails asking about the process of the refund. It has been 6 months now and no response.
(I lost $457.86 (flight ticket) by clicking cancellation by accident. I paid for luggage and insurance. Unfortunately, they are rip-off. Called them immediately after cancellation and they informed me that the total flight ticket is gone with $10.71 refund. It happened in less than 15 mins. I am sad and disappointed. I wanted to go to see my mother after 10 years struggling to make it happen. It took a while for me to collect the money for this trip. They took my money without any consideration.
