I cannot recommend kiwi.com I rarely write bad reviews, but here I need to advert you: the only purpose of that company ist to make money out of you. You pay every little thing very expensive, but you cannot get any customer service or quality out of it. What went wrong: no refunds for cancelled flights, expensive administrative name change, the boarding card that you will need to print out yourself only arrives in the very last minute (soooo stressful when you travel with kids), not to be recommended. Bad company!

I cannot recommend kiwi.com
I rarely write bad reviews, but here I need to advert you: the only purpose of that company ist to make money out of you. You pay every little thing very expensive, but you cannot get any customer service or quality out of it.
What went wrong: no refunds for cancelled flights, expensive administrative name change, the boarding card that you will need to print out yourself only arrives in the very last minute (soooo stressful when you travel with kids), not to be recommended. Bad company!

Tip for consumers:
the first flight got cancelled by the airport, I paid in total 812 EUR, kiwi.com offered me 3 EUR (more than 3 months later!!) as a refund on a next kiwi.com booking from the future. I will never book with them again. Bad company.

Bought a hidden city itinerary SFO-MUC. Flight was changed to SFO-FRA by airline, Kiwi first didn't respond, then only offered high-priced flights to Munich as alternative, even though they offered much better prices on their website. By the time I got a response out of them, those flights no longer existed. Terrible response time, don't support you when something changes, but try to cash in on you. Absolutely not recommended!

Despite a delayed flight, your team's advice was unhelpful, with non-functional contact numbers and ignored requests for alternative assistance. I used them and after reading the reviews was scared but all my flights worked according to plan so my word of advice would be only book through Kiwi if you for sure are gonna make your flights. If no refund is needed then kiwi gets you where you need to go on short notice!

I put KLM in the Google search field and didn´t pay attention and clicked KIWI. These days, Google doesn´t list the site one wishes to access but to sites that pay them. And it cost me dearly. I booked a KLM flight from Amsterdam to Vienna and soon thereafter discovered that it was 25% more expensive than if booked via KLM. I immediately contacted KIWI but they refused to cancel the reservation and refund me. So, be aware, they will rip you off.

I booked a ticket with them back in 2020 July. But after cancellation and requested for refund, its been more than 1.5 years that I am waiting for it. Initially they did reply through some restricted messaging service. Now they don't even bother to reply my messages. No number to call them. I don't even want to give them 1 star rating. In fact they deserve no stars. This website shouldn't operate and the people behind it must be prosecuted.

Update - 2nd Jan 2024. Still haven't got any refund or didn't even hear anything from those frauds. Despite of so many bad reviews and bad experience I wonder how those people can maintain and continue business!

I bought two tickets to Larnaca and the time of the flight changed overnight from 8:30 to 7:00. They didn't notify us so when we arrived to the check-in desk at 6:00 they had already closed. Another couple went through the same problem that day.Then the customer service promised us that they would compensate that horrible experience with a miserable 50€ voucher. I am still waiting to get any compensation or to hear from the customer service again. I have even deleted the data of my credit card, I no longer trust such an unreliable and manipulative company.

One day my flight disappeared from the manage my booking section of the airline, and got an email from Kiwi pretending that the airline had cancelled my flight whilst I could still see it in their own websites a d many other apps.
Following up with them with hundreds and hundreds of messages, and every time some random person offering meaningless apologies but giving me zero action back.
I kept asking them to put me on a different flight, I even searched through their own website and sent them screenshots of the available results but they repeated the same nonsense that the flight that I was asking for "doesn't exist".
Meanwhile, because I had searched through their websites, their marketing team kept sending me emails asking me to proceed with my search and finish the bookings, "shocking"!
This company is the absolute meaning of disgust, fraud, scams and whatever you want to call them. Stay away from it.
For them it's as easy as putting their hand in your pocket and picking up the cash, leaving you stranded in the middle of nowhere and walking away from you.

I booked my Bakit Air Malaysia flight ticket on kiwi.com.
Even though I canceled a month before departure due to personal reasons, I did not receive any refund.
Kiwi puts the blame on the airlines. They say there is nothing they can do because the airline cannot provide a refund. It's funny.
How can I not get a single penny refund even if I cancel a month in advance?
Doesn't that country have laws?

I tried to call support desk and explain that there's a whole new variant going around the world, and Germany is the epicenter of the new wave in Europe, with now tests required for every gathering on top of vaccination status. I explained that I didn't feel safe traveling there anymore and I requested a refund due to this phenomenon outside of my will. They were tone deaf and sent me off with an email address that doesn't work anymore, and no way to contact them. Scam company. I'll be escalating this.

I regret using this website; it's a scam company. I booked a return ticket for my mother, who is over 80 years old. Unfortunately, she fell sick and was unable to travel on the departure date. I asked Kiwi if I could buy a new departure ticket and keep the return ticket, but I spent two days without any result. They said if I don't use the departure ticket, my return ticket will also be canceled. I advise against using this scam Kiwi.com.

Kiwi is the worst I bought a ticket they made a mistake I called 15 minutes after they told me there was nothing they can do about it the problem with this is when you call you do not talk to people in the us it's all in India and all they tell you is that they can't do anything. All reviews about kiwi are bad so I advise people not to use them I hope this review stays sometimes it's better to pay more and not go through the hassle they put you through at the end of the day they made there money.

Have called support multiple times WITH documentation that my flight was refunded from the carrier. It has been over 12 months since I initially booked my flight. Will not even accept my calls for a dispute. I worked in customer service and understood the notion that things can take time, especially with the plethora of refunds needed. I am extremely saddened by the lack of social grace, and the sliminess Kiwi.com has exemplified. Never again.

I have been using this website for the past few years. The site itself is well designed, however my complaint stems from their lack of understanding. Amidst this coronavirus out break, unlike other companies that have adjusted their booking policy, they are refusing to allow me to change my flight. Instead I must loose the current flight, and book another at full price.

It seems they are more concerned with making money than public safety. I would understand a transfer fee, but outright refusal when a pandemic is out there makes no sense.

(I lost $457.86 (flight ticket) by clicking cancellation by accident. I paid for luggage and insurance. Unfortunately, they are rip-off. Called them immediately after cancellation and they informed me that the total flight ticket is gone with $10.71 refund. It happened in less than 15 mins. I am sad and disappointed. I wanted to go to see my mother after 10 years struggling to make it happen. It took a while for me to collect the money for this trip. They took my money without any consideration. No refund, no info, no service…
They are my travel agent and didn't tell me that the useless Air India Express and the Indian govt demand a visa for transit So I go to get my boarding pass and I can't board but get told I need to wait 2-3 days at Sharjah airport for a visa! So I go to Dubai and get ripped off by Emirates to get home sooner

There is no actual person to talk to. The contact us is bogus, and all they have is an automated system. I've left multiple messages demanding some sort of customer service or even an email or message back via their site and I've gotten nothing. They took my money and they don't care about their customers at all. I even called frontier airlines, who said that Kiwi.com is their travel agency, and there was nothing that could be done to help me at all. Forgive my language but screw frontier and this bogus $#*! travel company.

I booked flights with kiwi and the departure time on return flight changed so the connection no longer works. Since then I have been unable to get any response from them and they have £700 of my money. They offered £100 Kiwi credits or flights a day earlier for several hundred £ more. I contacted their help desk 7 days ago no response, there are no tel numbers to try and speak to someone and frankly no customer service. DONT USE KIWI unless you want to loose your money. We

The relevant Information on the eticket is printed in very small size. Moreover there are several booking numbers on it. One of kiwi and others of the carrier. Easy to make mistakes when you these numbers for online check in which kiwi does not provide for all flights booked using kiwi. Intransparency about luggage costs. Everything that does not fit under seat will be charged with penalties at the Airports.

Instead of honoring their commitment, these swindlers thought it appropriate to reimburse me a mere 277 USD. Their excuse? A feeble redirection, suggesting I take the matter up with my bank. This is not just incompetence; it's outright theft.

Let me be crystal clear: Kiwi.com is a den of cheaters and unfair operators. Their conduct is an affront to any semblance of business ethics. I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from using their services unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.

What adds insult to injury is their audacity in the face of criticism. Following my scathing review on December 15,2023, Kiwi.com had the gall to contact me, not to resolve the issue, but to beg for the removal of my review. Yes, i payed an extra amount to have fast refund and assisted by the company, that's a big scam... I have the same copy and paste message everytime, i have enough of it!
