This has to be worst florist company l have used! Stupidly l did not look
At the reviews before placing an order. I ordered a large bouquet of Amaryllis, as per their website on 16 December, eventually, following emails going back and forth to Floraqueen, they sent me several emails in Spanish! I don't understand Spanish! They gave me so many excuses they didn't have the correct address/phone number etc, etc. Eventually the bouquet arrived on 22 December. Have you guessed? It was a completely different bouquet not at all what l ordered. During the ordering process when l came to payment it said l ordered a red vase, which l hadn't, from this l deduced this company was "TROUBLE". Unfortunately, too late l had pressed payment and was unable to cancel my order!
Please do not use Floraqueen they are beyond useless l can only describe them as a SCAM. They will take your money and deliver rubbish. The World is going through a terrible period and we are all stressed out and wondering if we will lose loved ones, have no employment run out of money, and a $#*! company like is operating and stealing money from people who trusted them. If l could meet with the people who run Floraqueen l would give them a piece of mind. These people are TRASH! Unfortunately l am unable to show you a picture of the bouquet or of proof purchase. My friend who received this bouquet are in Slovakia and has just had a baby, I do not want to bother her.
