I really like both the Facebook site and the BetterME app. There are many useful articles on the site, the tips are very good, and I use them every day. I have already managed to lose 6 kg. I go in for sports on request, there is also for beginners like me. There are also enough recipes, you won't stay hungry. Losing weight is a pleasure for me, I have already advised all my friends.
