When the Federal Trade Commision receives enough complaints about a business, they will do something.
Google ads, horrible, non-existent customer service needs to be called out. Even if you do get a human, they will just follow a written script, not listening to you. File your complaint with the FTC. https://www.ftc.gov/media/*******, and the https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaintit's. It's very easy and does not take long.

Really easy.

They delay a simple order for fabric for weeks, then cancel the order without my approval. How does a fabric store not have fabric? Stay far away from this company.

I pre-paid for an entire year. I did not want to renew. They charged me $689 anyway and will not remove the charge. My bank informed me that they get many complaints of businesses charging after a contract is over, usually a clause we missed in the contract, but that most companies will remove the charge. Zurple is not one them. Further my account manager, Caleb, refused to allow me an email or phone number or even a name to his manager. I recommend others who had a bad experience file with the FTC and BBC as well as put your review in other locations.

File complaints with the FTC (federal trade commision) and BBB better business bureau as well as post reviews in other places.

I was told my supplies I ordered would take a month do to covid 19. I decided to order and planned for a month. A month later they cancel my order. So, they make me wait a month before the cancel it instead of just canceling weeks before, This is your typical online store that just doesn't give a $hit about you

They said my reservation was cancelled when I was trying to make a modification. No help in finding the correct reservation.

Twice, I ordered a fleece jacket. The first time I was sent blue instead of black. I thought, maybe I put in the wrong color. I just kept it and ordered another one, time making absolutely sure it was black. Sure enough, I received another blue one. I called and they said the image picture on the computer is different than what they send. What?
