Purchased a 45x5ft vinyl wrap which arrived heavily damaged without any packaging. The customer service team reassured me on numerous occasions that a replacement was being sent and the damaged part was not needed to ensure proper compensation. After 2 weeks of daily check ins, it turns out they had no plans to send a replacement and started sending someone to my house daily to pick up the damaged part unannounced. Since I don't work from home, I have been unable to hand the parts off in person and am no longer able to contact the Rvinyl team as they have stopped responding to my emails and blocked my phone number. No replacement or reimbursement has been made. I consider this nothing short of a $1500 scam!
