Previous experience.
I have ordered twice plus a e-gift card and everything has been perfect. They have a huge selection of items from Italy and other countries. Quality is wonderful and my perishable items arrived safely and chilled. They take great care in wrapping each item so things don't break or leak. There is no Italian grocery store near me but I grew up with one we visited regularly (my father was 1st generation Italian-American), and I picture that store whenever I'm on the website!
I was looking for an online site that carried a wide selection of Italian products and was so happy to have found Supermarket Italy. The site has everything I hoped for!
They looked like good quality items with the ingredient lists conveniently located while you are looking at them online. Everything has proven to be delicious and great quality!
