My vanilla took upon me reporting my card lost stolen they kept my me from getting a new card for approximately Thirty Days and I reported it 30 days ago they should have sent me a card by then I have been suffering I have no access to my money because my money goes direct deposit they have my money sitting in their Bank while they make a a card that takes a month for them to make. I am changing my bank prepaid card from my vanilla and I would never ever in my life put my money and my family in position to be handled by a prepaid card with a business solo class that they have no respect for the person that they are working for. You can't even transfer money even though you have money on your account to another card isn't that a shame. They are just another prepaid company that just wants to hold your money and don't let you spend it to build up there credit. If this was possible I would like to put this on the CNN News and report them to the president they're not even American

If you value your own income and well-being for your family do not place your money in the hand of my Vanilla prepaid cards

The prepaid card my vanilla does not have any people that speak English you can understand nothing they say yet they sell all of their cards prepaid cards to Americans where do they do that at I think if you were born in China sell your cars in China
