I accidentally placed a duplicate order. Notified them within 3 minutes. Response: we don't do cancellation or credits after orders are placed and processed. So somebody's lying! There's no way they processed this order in 3 min. The confirmation for BOTH orders shows the next days date!
You have to return to get a refund. Of course that's minus the taxes and shipping they charge plus the Reuther shipping charges.
What a rip off! What company doesn't have a time allowance for canceling or even adding to your order adjusting quantities. Thru their customer service?
And they call themselves the "Smile team".
Nobody's smiling from most of the comments I've read. Find another company. So many other suppliers that have better business practices than this.and get this to return it has to ship OVERSEAS!
