I purchased a pair of culottes on 11/6/2021 through Paypal (unfortunately). The charge went through on 11/8 and the package arrived in 6 days. It didn't fit or look right on me so I looked up returns. I was supposed to have a return form in the box the garment came in. There was no form, and the company cannot guarantee that it receives a return if you don't use their form and/or label. I tried to reach the company by phone multiple times on different days. The line is busy at all hours. I tried to chat, but the agent didn't come on. When I closed the chat window, the message came that it's not available (this was during the store's business hours). I clicked the link to Facebook Messenger, which is supposed to respond in 24 hours. The link didn't work. I emailed and received a generic response directing me back to the site, where nothing works except placing an order. I have spent almost 3 hours trying to reach this company. I've started a dispute on Paypal, but am not hopeful about the result.
