I am 86 years old and booked a flight last spring to AZ. Due to Covid and the fact that I have many other health issues, I had to cancel my flight. I wanted my money returned but no, I had to take a credit for future travel. So, I wanted to book a flight for Sept. 2003 and they said no. It had to be within a year of the old ticket. Now I am 5 days from the end of the old ticket and I can't reach anyone. They put me on hold twice with horrible music and left me for 30 minutes. Still no answer so I had to hang up. Horrible customer service and horrible company. Now, I suppose they get to keep my $$ and I have nothing. Way to scam a senior citizen of 86 years. I'm sure they would do the same to their mother.
