Marco helped me with my new years eve new york city tickets. Everyone said the site wasn't legit but I took the risk and I was not disappointed. Marcos attended to me. He gave me a very good deal. I flew with Delta and not some other low budget airline. The tickets were good. The service marco gave us was legit. I could call him for any questions and he was attentive and caring. I highly recommend.

Worst service ever! I too was stuck on the phone listening to dreadful music and being told multiple times how important I was to them. Bah! When I was finally able to get a person of course he could barely speak English and just kept repeating that the $50 dollar charge was for reissue. I am really angry about this. I did not issue the change it came from the airlines, same day flight, same everything except the time was bumped up by 15 minutes. I wonder if they do this to others? Such a scam!

Purchased two round trip tickets and saved a little money. Then had to cancel the flights. This took 1 hour on hold and cost $400 in hidden fees and non-refundables. Go to the airlines and get your voucher back when you need it.
Hard to work with, slow, costly, not a good choice.

I bought a ticket two months ago! But two days before they changed my flight time. Because of that, i had to wait at the airport extra 12 hours. When i called them, I was told that they can change the flight time. But, it didn't work. But. They still charged from my card $75 for reissue fee. And never told me that. When i called them, they said there is nothing to do about it. My recommendation for you guys, if you ever have issues, ask them first. They charge some BS fee without telling you. Never buy ticket here again! Very disapointed.

They offer good rates for flights but if the airline changes the time of the flight even a minute they will charge you a re-ticketing fee. The first one was $100 for two tickets and now I am fighting with them about another change. This is Nov and my flight isn't until the end of February. How many more times could this happen with all that is going on in the airline industry. BAD DEAL!

I wish I would have read reviews before I booked with them. The airline changed the times and last min fare deal charged me $50 per person to reissue tickets. I will never use them again. We have a big family so it cost me $400 and I was not the one who changed anything. I would give them no stars if I could.

The morning of my vacation I discovered that I did not have airfare. I contacted frontier airlines and I was told that last Fair deals credit card was declined 2 days prior to my leaving I was never informed. So the morning of my vacation I was scrambling to purchase an airline ticket. Horrible

I booked with them for a trip with Spirit Airlines. I reserved seats and it does not show when I checked in using the intermarry number. I wound up paying more to get worse seats.

Took 45 minutes to reach a person. When we finally reached a person she said we should have called them to pay extra to get the seats I thought I had.

In addtion, would have been cheaper to have gone to Spirit directly

So Ipaid more to get less and far more aggravation.

Would have given a 0 if I could have.

Please don't use this site to get your ticket. Worst service ever. I had a refund and they keep our money. And was put on hold for long hours and still no one picks up the phone. They pick up only if you buy a new ticket.

I should have looked at reviews before I used this company. I booked over the phone and they did not tell me about a booking fee. Now they have charged me extra $100 because my airline changed my flight and they are saying they need to issue a new E ticket. Delta alerted me to the changes and they LATER let me know and sent emails. I better not get charged again if Delta changes the flight!

They change it all the time and charge you for changing it two times a week. Do your self a favor throw your money away in your own home that way you can get it back. The ins. They offer is crap to. It was cheaper to cancel the trip than keep paying there fees for them changing the ticket. Even if time change one second you have to pay.

Be careful! They are using stolen credit card information from another customer to book your flight! You will get into trouble after the credit card holder will file a fraudulent dispute!

I was looking for good deals and their website had good price I believe that is a scam. There is always a catch careful. I had to go to uk booked three tickets for $2326. 93. One of the family member have close connect with COVID-19 person. The doctor advice watch for three four days. We decided not to travel For the safety of all.
Called the customer service they don't pick quickly after 1 and half hour someone picked and told me sorry we cannot do anything. You should go test and travel. If you are exposed you cannot test immediately. What is wrong with this kind of senseless people. I am told no refund. Everyone Struggle to make money and these kind of scammer steal your money.

I booked 5 ticket with them to travel to Canada, because of covid 19 new restrictions in Canada that we have to wait 2 weeks after being fully vaccinated to be able to entre Canada.
So we ask to change the date of travel they want to charge us $3000 more we asked to cancel they charged us $50 per ticket and no money back only credit to be used with them only which we don't want to do we will never use the again

I spent over $350 for my flight from California to New York and when i tried to rebook they tried to charge me an extra $700 to fly there so i switched my flight to San Francisco instead which cost me an extra $70. I tried to rebook and the customer support would not transfer me to a manager or supervisor and hung up on me. I will never book through this agency again. I spent over $400 through this service and couldn't even get good customer support.

A bunch of scammers, they tell you on thing and then send you a 4 paragraph AFTER you purchased the tickets and took your credit card info. The man I talked to kept telling me just sign it. I couldn't find where to sign and he was getting upset. I kept asking for a manager on the second call when I called to cancel half hr after I got it Would not put a manager on. Stay I called to book airline tickets and could not fully understand man I talked to, had very poor English and kept asking him to repeat. I was told no cancelation fee but they ending up charging me a fee.Just stay away scammers. This place should me shut down

The way the scam works is you do get the cheap ticket, but if there are any changes or cancellations they will charge you at least $50 and beyond. That's how they make their money. One of my flights had a time change by 5 minutes... 5 minutes... they emailed me saying:
"We have been advised by the airlines about the schedule change in your flight (s). Please review the given flight information carefully and reply us back to confirm the changes so we can exchange/ re-validate your ticket (s).
If you will not reply to the email, you might miss the flight."
So I said ok I confirm that I saw all of this.

4 days later I get a charge of $50 for the new ticket, which is not something that ANY airline would charge for, obviously. So I called the airline to make sure that I even had a ticket, they confirmed I did but he said I'm kind of stuck with them now because they have the ability to cancel the flight and I highly doubt I'll get any money back if they do that or if I try to cancel. They basically have me held hostage until this trip is over and I'm praying there are no more time changes or else otherwise I could just be giving them $50 who knows how many times until the trip happens!
Lesson learned. It's not worth it to save a few dollars when you end up spending the same amount in the end all to scammers.

Hopefully it's not too late and you're researching before you buy from them and you can go directly to the airline or a reputable agency

They owe me 3 baggage refunds that the airline send to them after the cancelled my flights 4 times. Have contacted them many times since December and they left me in the phone hanging after a 30 minute wait. They lied to me and treat clients very disrespectful! Do not use their services!

"lastminutefaredeal.com" or any other name they use such as "airtk"t or "Eros Tours" is a terrible service. They charge you for any alteration and any change that your airline makes to your flight.
In general, during the pandemic NEVER make reservation through these third party agencies, and particularly with this one.

Changes happen frequently and you don't want to get around $100 for every ticket/passenger when your flight is changed.

Despite what they claim, their office is not in Los Angeles, rather they are located somewhere in India.
Be extremely careful. Only use credit card. Never Give your bank account, your date of birth and any other sensitive information.

Avoid.

I asked about having flexibility to cancel a flight if I needed it to before booking my ticket. I was told to purchase insurance for travel issues. When I tried to cancel the flight I was told I would pay $100 fee for cancellation Plus the insurance charge. I would also have to submit a claim to the insurance. Then I was told that the insurance would only cover medical issues. Needless to say, if I canceled I lost $160 plus had to pay for additional fees which almost came up to the cost of the ticket itself. Absolutely ridiculous. What a scam. Do not purchase a ticket from them!

Ok, I get it... COVID 19 is in the air and travel agencies are scrambling. However, I had booked a trip for Germany in May (we should be leaving this weekend, but of course, not now). It took me forever to get the customer service person. Held on the phone most of an hour listening to how important my call was to them. 1) They got a refund for booking another flight by July 1.2) I have been on hold another century trying to get customer service to rebook the flight. Delta won't just refund my money because LMFD is a wholesaler. I have trip insurance, but even with "any condition" insurance, I am not due a regular refund due to COVID being in the air - I can *only* book another flight with this half-a**ed company. Do they only have one customer service rep? What's the deal? P.S. I held for about another 20 minutes, was transferred three times, and asked to speak to a manager. They purposely dropped my call. Worst. Company. In. Existence!

They text you that your flight has changed and ask you to reply that you acknowledge. You do that then they charge your card $50.00 per person booked. You call them and they are rude and you can't even understand these folks. They are from India doing business out of LA. They also go as Euros travel. They email you and text you multiple times trying to bait you to acknowledge a change that doesn't exist telling you they need to reissue the ticket. When you logon to the airlines site and nothing has changed. They don't reissue anything but a bogus email that they try to make it look like it means something. It doesn't. The calls and emails increase as the time of your flight gets nearer and nearer. They are frauds and extortionist and should be in jail.

The people should be in jail. They extort you trying to scare you that your flight has changed and unless you acknowledge their text and emails you may miss your flight. Don't reply to them at all. They will turn around and charge your credit card and if you try and call them they hang up on you.

I am 86 years old and booked a flight last spring to AZ. Due to Covid and the fact that I have many other health issues, I had to cancel my flight. I wanted my money returned but no, I had to take a credit for future travel. So, I wanted to book a flight for Sept. 2003 and they said no. It had to be within a year of the old ticket. Now I am 5 days from the end of the old ticket and I can't reach anyone. They put me on hold twice with horrible music and left me for 30 minutes. Still no answer so I had to hang up. Horrible customer service and horrible company. Now, I suppose they get to keep my $$ and I have nothing. Way to scam a senior citizen of 86 years. I'm sure they would do the same to their mother.

This travel agency was suggested due to what was supposed to be reasonable fares. I scheduled two trips, one to Amsterdam for 2 and Costa Rica for 10 individuals, Obviously Covid-19 has disrupted everyone plans to travel over the past 6 months and counting. However, had I purchased these tickets directly through Delta the price as it turns out would have been similar. Delta's direct refund policy during the Pandemic would have been a full refund with no additional fees. LMFD for the European flights demanded an upfront $150 per ticket processing fee before initiating a refund through Delta. I was able to negotiate this fee down to $100 but no upfront charge would have been required if purchased directly through Delta. For the10 tickets to Costa Rica booked on two separate billings of 5 tickets each there was a pre-refund demand for $50 per ticket ($500). Not only do I find this excessive, Delta would not have required this. I'm currently contesting this charge since their documentation sent online doesn't specify the processing charge is per ticket or per billing which I contend. Think carefully before using such fly-by-night or even unscrupulous *discount:" airline ticket agencies,

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER! We booked a flight from SLC to Orlando and it was quoted at $286 round trip. We put in all the info required and EVEN PAID at that price. We then got a call saying that another family booked at that same time and they assumed we were together so it is now going to be $500 a person. We explained that we are separate families and are not trying to sit together, we don't care where we sit but the lady on the phone was beyond rude and very belittling. She kept saying that this is what it's going to be and we need to pay that extra despite us saying we aren't together and that we already paid what we were quoted for. She basically told us oh well and HUNG UP on us! Talk about horrible service! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! They are a bunch of liars that use false advertising then have no human decency to let you talk to them about it. Worst company I've ever dealt with!
