I order two items and Hudson's Bay store doesn't take them back; you have to ship the item back and pay for shipping. I paid $26.46 for the posting fee, and 3 weeks past, and still waiting for a refund
I contact them 7 times and complain; unfortunately, nobody cares.

I never ever go to The Bay online shopping again; the company does NOT understand what is online business at all.
