I called the center that I usually donate at starting on the day my results for protein should have been back, but of course I got a phone operator from some outsourced entity that knew nothing about plasma donating and basically told me they would try it again hold of somebody to find out my results. After minutes on the phone they said you'll have to call back tomorrow nobody answered! So I called back instantly and got a different operator that told me that Center was closed which I know they don't close until 7:00, so I called back again and I got an operator that told me my results were not back yet so I called back again and I got an operator and I told her I wanted to speak to somebody at West Avenue in San Antonio now! I got a hold of the most perfect employee you guys will ever have she looked up my results and said they would have been back for 3 days! This is sickening this is not right for you as an employer! And me that somebody depends on that money to help pay my bills I've been a loyal donor there for almost 4 years something needs to change and it's you getting rid of the outsourced call center! I love my Octapharma family, but I will go somewhere else if this doesn't change, 50 billion dollars a year be damned you guys should care more about your employees as much as your donors! I can be reach that *******656 for any questions you may have about the trials and tribulations I've been having since you outsourced your phones!
