I placed an order for two large fans a six lights for an outdoor kitchen remodel. The fans were in stock so I took those home. I was assured that the lights would be in no later than 10 days, most likely 7.
After a week, I began calling about every other day or so. Each time I was assured that it would just be "a couple more days".
18 days after I ordered AND PAID IN FULL, I called again with an ultimatum. Get the light order tracking number to me TODAY, or cancel the order.
Within the hour I got a call assuring me that they - get this - " would be shipped out tomorrow ".
I have no evidence to prove it, but I STRONGLY SUSPECT that the order had never in three weeks even been placed.
The only reason that FANCO gets one star is that there is no way to place a NEGATIVE star rating. Service this poor is no accident. Only through constant traing, diligent practice and years of dedicated experience can this level of horrendous incompetence be reached.
