Be very careful. My funds are simply gone. Attached you will find the transaction. Now, they are not replying anymore (see attached screenshot for proof). Before they were sending me a non existing fake tx hash.
The output transaction of your swap is currently in the "Processing" status in our wallet. The exchange process has already been completed and the swapped funds are on their way to your wallet.
In this case, we can only wait, since the transaction can either be rejected by our wallet or go through. If we resend now, then there is a possibility of double-spending if the first payout is successful.
Delays in the sending are usually associated with the coin's network congestion or technical issues. However, you should not worry, your funds are 100% safe and we will do our best to receive them as soon as possible.
