“Their customer service ignores messages”

This website used to be good as it has good pricing, however if anything goes wrong, don't expect their customer service to help.

I pre-ordered a product from them, and release date was 2 months ago, they still haven't shipped my items, and multiple attempts of contacting their customer service went unanswered.

I would avoid if possible, unless it's absolutely necessary to purchase from them.
