That is the kindest thing I can say about the company. I placed an order, several weeks ago and now two weeks into it, I have nothing. I have emails they send saying "it's on the way." Yet when I click through the tracking link, or go to track via USPS website, nothing. There is a label created, but no actual tracking. They of course sent the email of "it's on the way" 5 days prior to the actual label being created.
I have tried contacting them, email, phone call, any form of contact, but the only response I get, "it's on the way, its international shipping, its always like this, sorry" with a link referring me back to their shipping policy that says it can take up to 21 business days.
They don't share any of their shipping information policies, refund policies, or any other information with you prior to the sale, but they are sure good about sending out the same link to the same "shipping policies" without actually allowing you to contact.
I've finally had to contact the credit card company to start a fraud process because there has been no response from the company.
