Not really good customer service! My mailbox was broken in to and all my mail was stolen. I miss my payment by two weeks and I pay everything in full as soon as I find out my mail was stolen. Customer service do not Care why my payment was late and would not wave my late fee. There's always an exception! Accident happens, just look at my payment history. Not happy about it. I am canceling my card. Not that they care lol 7/26/2021.
