I bought my Leesa mattress with about a week and a half to spare before a friend was coming into town. When I pushed "buy" it said to download Shop to see when my package would arrive. Shop didn't display that information, and didn't even display a notification that the eta of the mattress wasn't yet known. I had to reach out to customer service, who was not helpful in giving me insight.
After a few days, I got a notification from Leesa saying there was warehouse delays getting the mattress to FedEx to ship, but still no estimate as to when the mattress would arrive.
The important thing is that the mattress came in time, but the zero visibility into the problem was really frustrating and I had to be a proactive customer in order to know all that. Would've rather been told up front!
