For almost 2 months they keep canceling or delivering on days different than when they scheduled.
I have 18 empty 5-gallon jugs in a 1 bedroom apartment FOR OVER 2 MONTHS!
Just AGAIN got a cancel notice for Monday's pick up! UNACCEPTABLE
I'm moving—-not only am I done storing their products—-but I am not paying movers to transport them to my new home!

Tried to give 0 stars—wouldn't let me—had to give at least 1 star

UPDATE: pickup for 11/29 cancelled for 11/30…just got notice cancelled and rescheduled for 12/01. RIDICULOUS

UPDATE: just received email pick up reschedule for 01/12. I am beyond frustrated. Not that this now goes into the New Year—-but I am moving and refuse to pay to move them! Picture of email added below.
