I purchased this comforter off of my sister in laws bridal registry. After opening it at her shower she noticed it was covered in mold. They did not have a replacement of the same item to send and are refusing to refund my money. Instead they are offering a store credit for the cost of the comforter minus the shipping.
So basically they want me to pay for a moldy comforter to be shipped to me and then go through the hassle of returning it only to order another comforter from the same warehouse that the first moldy one came from.
The customer service rep has been infuriating. She talks in a monotone voice and says the same thing over and over. Stay away.
