I bought a bath mat which I sent back via an exchange for a different color. I never received the new bath mat or a phone call. I paid $92 for the bath mat and they gave me a $72 credit. When I called they said I should not ever use the exchange function which is on their own form. They said they deducted $20 for shipping. I just wish they had made it clear initially. If there is any chance you want to return an item I suggest you find a store that makes returns and exchanges easier and does not charge $20 per per item you return
