I finally received the shameful email below after months of HP's completely deceitful practices.
First, they put me into a smoking room at a sold-out hotel in Lexington, KY, when I emphatically reserved a non-smoking room due to my severe asthma. I've since read other travelers endured the same unacceptable situation. That is HP's malicious, dangerous practice.
Then at the next hotel in Campbellsville, KY, they charged me for a 3-night stay when I only reserved 1 night and stayed 1 night.
For the last 3 months, I was lied to, insulted, slighted, snubbed, passed around, and ignored by HP's staff including Charity, Esther, Reginette, and "manager" April, not that she ever answers her phone calls or returns voice messages!
HP should not receive another hard-earned dollar ever. All of them should be fired!
Read this pitiful reply that I finally received via email, complete with misspelled "sencond," "you" that should be "your," "right" that should be "write, and "serviced" that should be "services."
"... Just wanted to advise you the sencond night of you reservation has been cancelled with a refund... It would be greatly appreciated if you could please visit "Hotel Planner Consumer Affairs and right a review and some feedback on the serviced you have received from me."
Frankly, "the service" I received was worse than deplorable! NEVER USE!
