The guy I spoke to, Thad, Chad was lovely and helpful and may have been on the receiving end as I was quite cross. He did try his best to help but was restricted by management. So. Any Van have £160 of my sons money for not turning up. I'm out of pocket 2 days wages, a full tank of petrol, overnight parking fees and paying for another van. Oh. We have no furniture, kettle anything as it's all packed.
