Booked a flight. Was charged $963.38 on 2/22/22. Then while waiting for confirmation, they said the airline cancelled the flight. I called the airline. They did not cancel. I called them back. After many hassles, they refunded me $478.38 and told me they will book us flights for the difference. On 3/8 Michael Smith, who we have been dealing with all this time, sent us an email at 10:49am ET. Said we would receive etickets and a confirmation number within 24 hours. Guess what... nothing. At 6:44Pm I just called and he told us give 2 more hours. Stay away from them. I am going to contact the AG's office and better business bureau
